Manhattan Line provides contract screen printing and pad printing on customer-supplied glass, plastic and metal products. We specialize in cosmetic packaging, bottles, jars, caps, closures and other dimensional or curved components.
Located in Carson, California, we accommodate short runs, repeat orders and larger production programs for customers throughout Los Angeles and nationwide.

CONTRACT PRINTING PRICING
Pricing is per color, per imprint location.
Up to 199 pieces: $250 minimum run charge
200–499 pieces: $1.15 each
500–999 pieces: $1.08 each
1,000–2,499 pieces: $0.98 each
2,500+ pieces: Contact us for a quote
The minimum run charge and quantity pricing exclude setup, custom color matching, pretreatment and specialty handling.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
New setup: $75 per color, per location
Custom PMS color match: $50 per color
Pretreatment: Quoted based on product and material
Specialty handling: Quoted as needed
Rush production: Quoted based on quantity and required completion date
Additional charges may apply when products require cleaning, individual unpacking, repacking or other special handling.

PRODUCTION DETAILS
Typical imprint area: Up to 4" × 4"
The available imprint area depends on the product’s size, curvature, material and printing method. Larger screen-printing areas may be available on certain products.
A production sample is required before the full order is printed. Please provide approximately 3–5% additional pieces for testing, setup and normal production spoilage.
All customer-supplied products must be reviewed and approved before production.

ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES
Orders of 1,000 pieces or fewer: Approximately 10 business days after artwork, product and sample approval.
Orders over 1,000 pieces: Approximately 12–15 business days after approval.
Rush production may be available. Lead times can vary based on quantity, number of colors, product preparation and current production capacity.​
